Rant

What's the problem here? We're in our 7th year & still can't get teams to forward the necessary info.

A few years ago (when Staten Island was still in the league), at one of the pre-season meetings, captains were asked if they wanted to be authors on the GSCL blog. No one wanted to then but we can try again. Expect an invite later this morning.

Another option: Increase the dues $3, give the captains 6 stamps & have them mail me or John Hagerty the reporting cards. Don't know why that would be easier but whatever. Let's just get it done and have the season go more smoothly than the last 2 or 3.

Finally, I intend to make one or two blog/site updates per month, not 3 or 4, unless inspiration strikes or I'm angered.

Rutgers-Lehigh Valley Postponed

The November 11th Rutgers-Lehigh Valley match has been postponed because the Stewartsville, NJ venue is not available that day.

Lehigh Valley vs. DOCA Knights?????

Newark-McDonald's vs. West Orange??

Hamilton 2 Rutgers 2

On October 7, Hamilton & Rutgers played to a 2-2 draw.

Milovanovic (H) 1-0 Goeller (R)
Vishnyakov (R) 1-0 Chladnicek (H)
C. Miller (H) 0-1 Forney (R)
Coelho (R) 0-1 Sytnik (H)

Thanks to Charles Miller and Aleksey Vishnyakov for promptly reporting the result & lineups.

Posting was delayed because I was waiting for other results.
