The league has rejected the 2-2 result from February 9th's
Hamilton-Lehigh Valley match & awarded Hamilton a 4-0 forfeit
victory.
Specifically, LVCA illegally used an unrated player on board 4 despite having a 1925+ average on boards 1-3.
Our rules on lineups, ratings & unrated players are quite clear & should be adhered to.
